建立可以混合編譯 .net 5 & .net 4.x 的 docker 環境

最小的 nanoserver , 注意預設的 nanoserver 只有 cmd
這個 example 會安裝 powershell core 在 nanoserver 上面
另外要注意的是 .net framework 沒辦法在 nano server 上執行 , 必須用 windows server core (很肥 10GB+)

注意使用 nanoserver 因為沒有 latest 所以會炸這個 error , 要自己指定版本

特別注意這個很雷 , 一定要照官方的這個 example 去改 , 不然直接用 windows-servercore 會 build 不起來
安裝完會有 nuget , msbuild tool

蓋完以後可以用 Get-Command 去找看看 msbuild , nuget , dotnet 或其他工具的位置在哪裡 , 因為在 powershell 裡面 where 有其他意思 , 如果是 cmd 則是用 where
